This degree prepares you for careers in law enforcement, corrections, courts, the military and with civilian security contractors. It provides the multi-disciplinary education necessary for success in today`s diverse environment where law enforcement professionals are expected to deal with crime and disorder in sophisticated ways.

Requirements:
• The Bachelor of Applied Science in Criminal Justice degree is a 128 credit hour program.

• Students must pass all Criminal Justice and Chemical Dependency courses with a grade of C or higher.
<br>
• PHSC 171/173 and 172/174 (Forensic Science I and II) are considered to be the lab science sequence for Criminal Justice students. Other natural science lab courses may be substituted at the discretion of the program advisor is appropriate circumstances justify doing so.
<br>
• Forty-two hours of upper division coursework are required. Because this is a B.A.S. degree, upper division hours outside the major or minor are not required.
